The Dividend Growth's investment approach is a high-quality dividend growth for resilience and human flourishing. That's the high-level investment philosophy. I have 30 years of investment experience starting at Fidelity, then Putnam, and 13 years at Goldman Sachs. So a very long career in investment management. Most of it actually was in portfolio management. I've covered almost every industry as an analyst and portfolio manager. I've managed an energy fund, I've managed a REIT fund, I was portfolio manager for industrials, financials, quality value portfolios, a U.S. responsible equity portfolio. So even prior to Eventide, my career has continued to be pushing more towards resilience and human flourishing in my investing approach. And then I'm also having a theological degree in theology, church history, and then also in ethical leadership really enabled to confirm the biblical underpinnings of this approach. And so this was a perfect preparation for leading the dividend growth strategies at Eventide, where we're focused on high-quality dividend growth for human flourishing.
