The Eventide Dividend Growth SMA strategy seeks to provide current income, income growth, and long-term capital appreciation by investing at least 80% of its assets in companies with dividend-paying securities identified as having strong fundamentals, creating value for stakeholders (customers, employees, supply chain, community, environment, and society), and that, in Eventide’s opinion, represent above-average long-term investment opportunities or have significant near-term appreciation potential.

The Eventide Large Cap Core SMA strategy seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing at least 80% of the portfolio’s assets in equity securities of large capitalization companies, identified as having strong fundamentals, creating value for stakeholders (customers, employees, supply chain, community, environment, and society), and that, in Eventide’s opinion, are capable of sustaining and/or increasing profitability and/or revenue growth.

The Eventide US Market Equity SMA strategy seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing at least 80% in US equities of companies identified as creating value for stakeholders (customers, employees, supply chain, community, environment, and society) while seeking to limit tracking error versus the Bloomberg US 3000 Total Return Index.

The Eventide Dividend Value SMA strategy seeks to provide current income, income growth, and long-term capital appreciation by investing at least 80% of its portfolio’s assets in companies with dividend paying securities identified as having strong fundamentals, creating value for stakeholders (customers, employees, supply chain, community, environment, and society), and that, in Eventide’s opinion, represent above-average long-term investment opportunities or have significant near-term appreciation potential.

The Eventide Strategic Growth SMA strategy seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in equities of companies identified as having strong fundamentals, creating value for stakeholders (customers, employees, supply chain, community, environment, and society), and trading at a discount to an estimate of fair value.

The Eventide Technology SMA strategy seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing at least 80% of the portfolio’s assets in equities of companies that the Adviser believes are participating in and benefitting from technologies, innovations, technology themes, or technology trends, that are identified as having strong fundamentals, creating value for stakeholders (customers, employees, supply chain, community, environment, and society), and that, in Eventide’s opinion, represent above-average long-term investment opportunities or have significant near-term appreciation potential.
