How does Eventide protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and business locations.
Our service providers are held accountable for adhering to strict policies and procedures to prevent any misuse of your nonpublic personal information.
How does Eventide collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you:

  2. Direct us to buy securities or direct us to sell your securities
  3. Seek advice about investments
  4. Use the Eventide website

Why can’t I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only:

  1. Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes – information about creditworthiness.
  2. Affiliates from using your information to market to you.
  3. Sharing for non-affiliates to market to you.

State laws may give you additional rights to limit sharing.
Definitions
Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

  • Eventide does not have any affiliates.
Non-affiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

  • Eventide does not share with non-affiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • Eventide does not jointly market.
